The Group was established for acquisitions in the fast growth Programmatic Advertising Sector backed by multiple Investors.

The Management Team have been operating in the Luxury and Business Advertising sectors since 2008 when we launched our first business in the space, The Digital Partnership (or TDP) as it was known within the Digital Advertising community. This business was successfully sold to a US firm backed by VC's such as Granite Ventures, Venrock Capital and Reed Elsevier Ventures.

Our key aim is to own/ operate and acquire Programmatic Businesses, we successfully closed our first round of funding in 2013.

We presently own/ operate with two Programmatic businesses and presently in negotiations to acquire further businesses.

Our portfolio presently consists of Ad Eye and its sister company, AdCompass.

    AdEye is our proprietary Programmatic Direct Platform which has been in development for the last 18 months and launched in May 2014 with its first Publisher, Incisive Media.

    The Automated Direct platform allows huge efficiencies, cost savings and new revenue streams for Publishers and Advertisers - its set to revolutionise and disrupt the way digital advertising is bought and sold.

    AdCompass has two sides to its business:

    Programmatic: The AdCompass PMP is the largest Business and Luxury Private Marketplace (PMP) in Europe with over 400 sites live on the Platform.

    Traditional IO: The largest selection of advertising formats available via an IO all in one place, we operate all High Impact formats such as the Wallpaper, Pushdown, Slider, Skins, Interstitial, Expandable Billboard and also all Standard IAB formats - we also have over 400 sites live on this side of adCompass.

  • Ad Operations Executive- Full time

    Overview of responsibilities
    Campaign Management - Responsibility for the implementation and delivery of campaigns via our network. Campaign set up, management of inventory, forecasting. Optimisation to maximise performance and revenue and to ensure full delivery according to client brief (monitoring KPI/CPA/ROI goals). Includes ensuring correct pixel implementation, click tracker implementation and cache-busting
    Reporting - Providing weekly quantitative (and sometimes qualitative reports and analysis) for all campaigns to the client/agency via internal sales team.
    Planning - Budgeting, allocating and booking campaign placements.
    Quality Assurance Checks - Testing and implementing ad materials for campaign launch and throughout activity.
    Technical - First level of troubleshooting on technical and performance-related issues. Possess a good understanding of HTML/Java Script, our AdCompass dashboard, and ad serving - expert knowledge in Improve Digital’s 306 Yield portal. Able to work with and troubleshoot a variety of complex Rich Media creative formats.
    Driving Efficiencies – Continually formulating new systems and processes to improve communication within AdCompass
    Product development - Provide ideas for product improvements and work with product roadmaps. Liaising with Dynamis developers + designers.
    Office Management - Responsible for admin and ad hoc jobs
  • Junior Ad Operations Executive- Full time

    Overview of responsibilities
    Campaign Set Up:
    • Plan campaigns using campaign budget
    • Test tag
    • Traffic campaigns (in advance if possible)
    • Overseeing / compiling screen grabs
    • Send Weekly Campaign Reports to sales team
    • Send End of Campaign Reports within 24 hours of campaign ending to relevant sales member
    • May be asked by sales team to provide qualitative analysis of report performance and suggestions for improvement (both during and post campaign)
    Campaign Management:
    • Spotting CTR drops and watch CTR uplifts
    • Monitor delivery carefully to increase/reduce daily when required
